Responsible Gaming

Roo123 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable online gaming environment for all players. Our core philosophy is that gambling at Roo123 is intended strictly for entertainment purposes and should never be viewed as a source of income or financial solution. It is essential for players to engage in online pokies responsibly, ensuring that their gaming experience remains positive and within healthy limits.

Self-Control Tools

To support responsible gambling, Roo123 offers a variety of self-control tools designed to help players manage their gaming activities effectively. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they can deposit into their accounts, helping to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Players have the option to establish limits on how much they can lose within a specified timeframe, promoting better financial management.
• Wagering Limits: This feature allows players to set a maximum amount they can wager on games, further supporting responsible gaming habits.
• Session Time Limits: Players can set limits on the duration of their gaming sessions, encouraging breaks and reducing the risk of excessive play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: This option enables players to take a temporary break from gambling, allowing them to step back and reflect on their gaming habits.
• Self-Exclusion Options: Players can choose to self-exclude themselves from the platform for a specified period or indefinitely, providing a powerful tool for those who may need to take a break.

Self-Assessment

Recognizing early signs of problematic gambling behavior is crucial for maintaining a healthy gaming experience. Players are encouraged to reflect on the following questions:

1. Do you often gamble for longer than you intended?
2. Have you experienced feelings of guilt or anxiety related to your gambling?
3. Do you find yourself chasing losses or trying to win back money lost?
4. Have you noticed an increase in the amount of time or money you spend on pokies?
5. Is gambling affecting your relationships, work, or daily life?
6. Do you gamble to escape from stress or emotional distress?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, it may be time to reassess your gambling habits and consider utilizing the responsible gaming tools available at Roo123.

Protection of Minors

Roo123 takes the protection of minors seriously. To prevent underage access, we have implemented several safeguards and procedures, including:

• Age Verification: Players are required to verify their age during the registration process to ensure they are of legal gambling age.
• KYC Checks: Know Your Customer (KYC) checks are performed to confirm the identity of players, further ensuring that only eligible individuals can access our platform.

These measures are in place to create a safe gaming environment and to promote responsible gaming among our community.
